Plan fees
Plan fees are paid in advance for a quarter or a year. Once a billing period has started, its fee is not refundable, including for unused time.
Wallet balance and Meta charges
Wallet balance and messaging charges passed through from Meta are not refundable. Wallet balance doesn't expire while your account is active.
Cancelling
- You can cancel any time before your next billing cycle starts. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you've paid for, and it won't renew.
- To cancel, email shobhit@rainmaqer.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 98933 56535 from your registered number, before your renewal date.
- Before your account closes, you can ask us to export your data.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll let you know and retry. If it still can't be collected, we may pause the service until payment is made. Your data is kept for 30 days so you can resume where you left off.
Charged by mistake?
If you were charged twice or charged after cancelling in time, write to shobhit@rainmaqer.com. We'll check and refund any amount charged in error to the original payment method.
Delivery of the service
Rainmaqer is a digital service. Access to your account is given right after payment. Nothing is shipped. Onboarding, including connecting your channels, usually takes about a week.
