What's included?
Everything: Sid and all six AI agents, Deal Home, WhatsApp, Instagram and Google, the team inbox with roles and teams, the chatflow builder and broadcasts, every integration, and onboarding help. There are no feature tiers or AI add-ons.
Are there WhatsApp charges?
Yes. Meta charges for WhatsApp template messages on every provider. We bill these separately at actuals from a prepaid wallet. Replies within the customer-service window cost far less than marketing templates.
Do you charge GST?
Yes. GST is added to the plan price.
Quarterly vs yearly: can I switch?
Yes. You can move from quarterly to yearly at your next renewal. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll switch it for you.
Is there a contract?
Only for the billing period you choose: one quarter or one year. Plans renew automatically and you can cancel any time before the next renewal.
Refunds?
Plan fees aren't refundable once a billing period starts, and wallet balance isn't refundable. Our refund and cancellation policy has the details.
Do you help with setup and training?
Yes. Onboarding help is included. We connect your channels with you, Sid drafts a knowledge base from your website and catalogue, you review it with us, and your team gets a walkthrough. Most businesses are live in about a week.
How do I cancel?
Email shobhit@rainmaqer.com or message us on WhatsApp before your renewal date. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you've paid for.
